Thank you for visiting our web site. I hope your visit will be a blessing and that you will find the information you are seeking. Gospel Light Baptist Church was organized in 2006 with Bro. Michael Mullins as pastor. After God called Bro. Mullins to Chile as a Missionary, I was called here by God January 18, 2009. I am excited to serve our Lord here as pastor along with my wife, Paula, of 47 years. God has allowed me to serve Him as a pastor for 24 years and for this I am truly thankful. My heart is to be a blessing to those who do not know Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour by sharing the wonderful Gospel to them and hopefully see them get saved. I desire to then teach the Word of God to them and others who are saved that they may grow in the Grace of the Lord. The Great Commission of our Lord to His Church is always upon my heart and I am thankful He has given me this great opportunity to serve Him. We as a church accept this command of our Lord and seek the Holy Spirit to empower this work.
I received my BA in business administration from Memphis State University before God called me to preach. I earned my MA and PhD from Louisiana Baptist University in Biblical Studies and Philosophy. I also thank God for this time of study and for how it blessed my life.
We at Gospel Light Baptist Church have a great desire to be a blessing to everyone God gives us an opportunity to serve. I invite you to attend our regular services and worship God with us.
